Er vindt in Gaza een ernstige humanitaire ramp plaats. Hulporganisaties waarschuwen dat er grote tekorten aan medicijnen, voedsel en drinkwater zijn en spreken van acute nood. Het Israëlische regime o.l.v. Netanyahu gaat gewoon door met haar genocidale en etnische zuiveringsbeleid. De Nederlandse regering durft zich nog steeds niet duidelijk uit te spreken tegen dit beleid en blijft stilletjes aan de kant staan. Ook vanuit de meditatieve wereld zijn weinig kritische geluiden te horen. 
In deze bijeenkomst belichten we mogelijke oorzaken van dit zwijgen. Daarnaast verkennen we hoe we als mediterende innerlijk kunnen omgaan met een ‘bloedende’ wereld en hoe we ook actief kunnen bijdragen bij schrijnende misstanden en compassie-in-actie kunnen beoefenen. Na een geleide meditatie en een inleiding over het thema is er via de chat ruimte om te delen. Today I spoke with Garland Nixon about the ramping up of attempts by the British state to silence all dissent on the question of zionist genocide and the Palestinian freedom struggle. 

As it resorts to ever more fascistic and heavy-handed policing against journalists, political figures and health workers in particular, we are seeing not its strength but signs of the regime’s weakness and the system’s decay.

Why is the General Medical Council being weaponised? Why is the government doubling down and continuing to insist on its promotion of a concept of ‘antisemitism’ that has been thoroughly exposed in the eyes of all thinking people? Why does it continue to insist that support for Palestinian resistance = terrorism?

We talked about the case of Dr Rahmeh Aladwan, cleared by one tribunal of any activity that should prevent her from practising medicine, and then immediately called to a new hearing despite no new ‘offence’ having been committed – essentially in response to the health minister Wes Streeting kicking up a stink about the verdict.

What is the role of the official Palestine solidarity and trade union movement leadership in all this? Why is Dr Aladwan being vilified in the media and used as a test case by the ruling class? Why is Wes Streeting so desperate to make sure that the (zionist) IHRA’s ‘definition of antisemitism’ is rolled out across the entire NHS? What it it about medics speaking up for Palestine that has the ruling class so jumpy?

And, as the detaining of our comrade and RT journalist Steve Sweeney shows us: how long before this entire machinery of islamophobic and genocide-enabling repression is aimed at the beating heart of the anti-imperialist movement – the communists?

Al ser un gran apasionado a la música, con el sello Burnthemrecords (2019), decidieron crear un grupo en Facebook llamado DUB MUSIC SPAIN, para fomentar y dar voz a la música Dub/Reggae. 
Wardrobe Sounds ha editado en los sellos de Dub/Reggae como CrudoBilbao Estudios , Gatazkabasslabel y Lapanchitarecords, conocidos nacional e internacionalmente. Con un sonido particular y propio, que te hará vibrar con subgraves contundentes.
También es importante destacar sus sesiones en salas o asociaciones como: C.S.A. La Mistelera (Denia), A.C. La Lleona (Alcoi), Sala Matadero (Ayora), Level Club (Alicante). En festivales conocidos a nivel nacional como el Rabolagartija (Villena).
En sus sesiones podrás disfrutar de una gran selección de tracks, con un sonido fresco y bailongo para disfrutar en la pista del baile al máximo. Ha actuado junto a artistas como Benny Page, gran dj y productor de D&B y Raggajungle, muy conocido a nivel internacional.
