There was once a boy, whose called as "Golden Hands".
He called like this not because he could make masterpieces out of shit and sticks, but because he could steal artfully.
The boy grew as did his ego and appetites. One day he heard indignant talk in the street that the blacksmith appeared to have
a second child, and not just any child, but a golden child. Could it be that the legends about the golden mermaids were true? While people were discussing the future exorcism
the blacksmith for his affair with the mermaid, the now 17-year-old boy decided to steal the child. Night fell and there he was near the baby carriage.
There was a little golden girl lying there, indeed. "Why isn't the girl under guard and is she alive? How much gold will I get for her!" - thought the thief. Crazy with such luck, he decided to touch the child, but immediately he turned into a golden statue himself. A few minutes later, the girl's father entered the room and took the child and left in an unknown direction, leaving the statue as proof that the legends are true.
