Bad Seed Rising's debut EP  - "Charm City."    Formed at their Frederick,  MD Let There Be Rock School Bad Seed Rising has been spreading their brand of Rock up and down the East Coast.   
Their debut EP CHARM CITY was  released this Spring  via Roadrunner Records.  The band spent 2 months in Los Angeles at the studios of Motley Crue’s legendary drummer Tommy Lee, where they crafted their energetic and anthemic 5 song debut.  Once the EP was completed, the band quickly jumped back on stage and played with a who’s who of today’s best rock bands throughout their home state of Maryland and beyond.  They recently shared stages with Halestorm, 3 Doors Down, The Pretty Reckless, Black Veil Brides and more.  The first single “Hey Kid” has been picked up Sirius XM’s rock station, Octane, as well as being spun in numerous other cities in the US.

„Was nährt?“ ist Stillstand mit Tiefgang – ein Innehalten inmitten des getrieben seins nach Wirkung. Nicht anklagend, sondern entlarvend, leise: Was füllt uns wirklich, wenn das Außen schweigt?

Der Track skizziert eine langsame Häutung. Unter den Schichten von Denken, Wollen, Gefallen schimmert ein älterer Hunger – roh, archaisch, unfassbar ehrlich. Kein spirituelles Statement, mehr eine Bestandsaufnahme: Wie viel unseres Handelns ist Echtheit, wie viel bloße Reflexion polierter Oberflächen?

Was nährt? führt diesen Gedanken nicht zu Ende. Es lässt ihm Raum, warm und unaufgeregt, bis nur noch das bleibt, was nicht mehr will. 

Eine Stille, die nichts fordert, weil sie selbst Fülle ist.
