Danny Da Doughboy is a Mexican American Producer , Artist , Writer, and Audio engineer raised on the East side of Long Beach California. After fighting a murder case in La County jail, and getting a Not Guilty Verdict, he was released in trial on June of 2006. His friend was not too fortunate, and was sentenced to 36 years to Life. After that reality check, and learning to value his life and make smarter decisions. He promised himself to stay away from the streets and any trouble. He started looking for a better avenue and went to school for HVAC. One month prior to graduating his school mate was murdered. Grieving the loss of his friend and he needed something to occupy his time, without worrying about any jail time. He found a Job in Air conditioning and ran into a co worker who did music, on and off on his spare time. He began writing songs on breaks on some 8 mile stuff. He then linked up with his co worker and recorded two songs together, but then the equipment broke. His friend was not too concerned about it, but Danny was. He then creating a facebook and ran into an old school mate who also did music, and later referred him to a producer by the name of Bobby Glasco. Danny began writing raps and dropping them on beats he purchased from Bobby. After about a couple months, Bobby signed Danny Da Doughboy to an Independent label name (OTG) On The Grind Entertainment. From then on he knew that music would be the path for him to take. He then saved enough money up and purchased his own studio equipment and began recording at his mothers house in the city of Lawndale California. He recorded over 100 songs from local artist from the southbay area, all of los angeles, and the san gabriel valley. The young talented artist has collaborated with big name artists, such as Kokane, Glasses Malone, And Skeme among others. Make sure you look out for his debut music video dropping on youtube and other networks filmed by Dario Hernandez Featuring Skeme on his hit single called Gang Thick Produced By Denis The Producer out of England and Germany.
