Chinky (CHY) took up deejaying as a hobby at an early age of 14 and began to amass quite a collection of records and bought her own dj gear and started her own mobile deejay business at 16. She also became affiliated with the famous mobile deejay group "Disco Stereo"

CHY did prime time slots during weekends in some clubs in Manila in the early 80's and had the opportunity play alongside some of the legendary DJs back then. 

CHY went on hiatus in the 90's to devote more her time raising her family and running her mobile deejay business . Occasionally she would have the itch of spinning the decks once in a while and jam with fellow DJ Jon Tupaz.

Deejaying is her passion and she loves sharing her mixes with everyone else who has the same passion for her love of dance music.
