Blending organic sounds and traditional instruments with electronic textures and trippy synth lines, this eclectic release spans from downtempo electronica to atmospheric deep house with a melodic groove.

Each year Sabo collects the finest tracks he can find from across the world and releases them on the day of the summer solstice, which is the year’s longest day of sunlight.

With a tight knit family built around the label, Summer Sol is also a welcoming party for many of the artists who are joining the community. Those making their Sol Selectas debut this year includes the likes of DJ Chus, Balam, La Payara, The Scumfrog, KÖNI, and Depart.

It also welcomes back familiar faces such as Dandara, Amine K, Giovanny Aparacio, Mula, Amentia, Chambord and Sabo himself as the party host.

Under the sun's rays we are all equal, regardless of skin colour, gender or sexuality, and this release is a celebration of the music that overcomes diversity to bring people together.

Each of the tracks have their own story and is a little ray of sunshine to warm the mind, body and soul. This year’s release features tracks with roots in Mexico, USA, Spain, Mali, Turkey, Colombia, France, Argentina, Bulgaria, Italy, Germany, Morocco, Ukraine, Chile, Netherlands, UAE, Switzerland, Belgium, Hungary, Armenia, and Australia.

Separately each of the artists on this EP has featured on other labels such as Get Physical, Bar 25 Music, Akbal Music, Cosmic Awakenings, Pipe & Pochet, Magician On Duty, A Tribe Called Kotori, 3000 Grad Records and many others of equal note.

The music drifts from coast to coast, across several mountain ranges, deserts dunes, and salty oceans, spanning years of generational influences. The tempos, melodies, and rhythmic combinations take us from chill out, to groove, tribal, afro, and to deep. We hope this music inspires, and carries you on a worldwide tour.

The artwork by Helia Jamali takes us to a parallel dimension lit by the frequencies and energy of the SOL.

We're thrilled to present Camel Riders' brand new release titled 'Tchuga' by Max Tenrom feat. Karmaâ, incl. remixes by Assem, Ānumān, Rammö.
The Toulouse-based producer Max Tenrom is serving us in his debut EP on Camel Riders, three diverse and exquisite originals: 'Tchuga feat Karmaâ', 'Sinaï', and 'Green Horde', which are accompanied by three splendid remixes. Max Tenrom's originals navigate through Organic and exotic Downtempo sounds to deep and melodic Techno sonorities. Sometimes melancholic and often uplifting, these three mesmerizing tunes exhibit a wide range of palettes and moods: Colourful, obscure and warm, Max Tenrom displays in this versatile release a melodic trip around the world with a sophisticated and futuristic approach. Organic instruments such as flutes, Pantam, Sax, Violin and percussive sounds collide with deep, profound, mystical and cinematic electronic melodies, seasoned with fresh, deep and touching vocal fragments, all framed with a pinch of ethnic vibes.
On remix duty, we have the pleasure to welcome Rammö to Camel Riders with his Downtempo-ish trippy interpretation of the EP theme track, which puts an emphasis on organic elements and instruments with a pinch of dubby vibes and glorious acidic sounds. Coming up next, we are thrilled to have back the Egyptian producer Assem, with his splendid remix for Sinaï, which keeps the cinematic vibes of the original, while giving a fresh and windy twist with a focus on the middle-eastern melodies and sounds. Last but not least we have the pleasure to welcome the Paris-based producer Ānumān, with his remix for 'Green Horde' which is taking the original into warmer and deeper grounds, with its colorful and optimistic rhythms, framed by a cinematic base-line and hypnotizing bell percussive sounds.

Max Tenrom - Sinai (Assem Remix)

Hot on the heels of Helsloot's superb 'Let's Pretend' single in April come two new remixes of it by Tube & Berger and Saint Evo.

Helsloot's original was quickly picked up by an array of DJs and dropped in a number of great sets. It was the latest in a string of fresh singles from the Dutch DJ and the extended mix is included again here. It is a hypnotic and rolling house tune with lush chords that bring plenty of cosmic vibes.

First to remix it are German mainstays and Kittball Records founders Tube & Berger. This pair has amassed over 100 million streams to their name, have scored a number of Beatport Top 5 hits and are regulars at leading parties like ANTS in Ibiza and the legendary Tomorrowland. Their take on 'Let's Pretend' is a light and airy, disco-tinged and bouncy house cut. The scintillating chords bring light, a steamy vocal layers in the soul and the whole thing takes you into another dime nsion.

Saint Evo is the founder of Celsius Degree Records and hails from the savannah plains of Kajiado County, the home of the famed Maasai people. He is a pioneer of the Afro house sound in East Africa and has collaborated with a multitude of producers and vocalists from across the globe. Here he remixes 'Let's Pretend' into a chunky groove with delicate synths and starry-eyed melodies. The percussion brings rich Afro house vibes and the vocals become spiritual chants that cast a majestic spell.

This is a vital package that brings some fresh new influences to the great original from Helsoot.

While listening to some music, I came across the acapella (PHOTOGRAPHS, Falling) It made me realize I would enjoy using these same vocals, to create my own soulful version of Hraach - Delirio Suddenly piano chords spontaneously erupted from my speakers and the track was formed with such ease.
I hope hraach won't be upset with this unofficial remake. <3
