Liked the tune based on the text received at a difficult and challenging time in the relationship...liked the way you affected the vocals..the lo-fi, the pitch-shifting...a real human experience captured and expressed in the cadence and vocabulary of hip hop...the gentle piano at the start set the mood so well...are you an instrumentalist too, or lyricist/vocalist, using loops/samples primarily? Regardless, the pain in this song is real, and comes through in your words and voice..that last line stuck in my throat...that was an amazing touch...I liked that! :)
