As we turn the page to Christmas day, parents often face challenges that test their patience, resilience, and hope; the holiday that really means stress and anxiety for many. But what if you knew that it's good to be scared? Embracing fear can open up your heart to see more than what you think you see in the moment. It pushes and pulls you in all different directions. Now, that doesn't make it easier, yet it gives you a reality check as to where you are so you can make adjustments to where you need to go. Embracing fear allows you to confront the challenges head-on rather than shying away from them. Maybe that's the permission you need this holiday season to enjoy it more, to let your heart be present, not just your to-do list. Being a parent is undoubtedly one of the toughest jobs in the world. It requires patience, empathy, and a whole lot of courage. When faced with situations where our children push our buttons, test our limits, or make mistakes, it's easy to feel scared and overwhelmed. However, it's precisely in these moments that we have the chance to show up as the best version of ourselves. Practice self-compassion: Remember that it's okay to feel scared and vulnerable as a parent. Be kind to yourself during challenging moments. 2. Embrace imperfection: Accept that parenting is a journey filled with ups and downs, and that making mistakes is a natural part of the process. If your girlfriend is loyal & trustworthy it’s stupid to obsess over her past lovers.

In this video coaching newsletter I discuss an email from a 23 year old viewer who has been with his girlfriend for almost 2 years and living together for 1 year. He only read 3% Man, twice before meeting her. She hooked up a few times with a guy who is now dating and has knocked up her sister. He can’t get over the fact his girlfriend has a bodycount of 30 and used to sleep with her sisters now boyfriend. He’s on the verge of blowing up his relationship because he kept asking about her past and now he’s repulsed by it. He asks my opinion.
