FIVESTAR is an all-female pop/rock band that puts on an energetic show with hair flips, harmonies, and jumping to the beat. Their original songs often contain themes of love, heartbreak, and revenge. They are strongly rooted in rock, although the lyrics are pop-like, and strive for each song to have musical diversity. FIVESTAR has performed in large events such as Treefort and the Boise Music Festival, as well as playing regular shows at coffee shops, pizza joints, and bars. They debuted their first full-length album on April 18th, 2014 at their CD release party at The Crux. The album is available at The Record Exchange, Doyle's Broadway Music, as well as on online retail including iTunes, Amazon, and Spotify. This quintet of ladies demonstrates skillful songwriting, the power of production, and perseverance on a professional level.
