The EP opens finding Codename regular NonRev in great form with ‘Tapes’, where gorgeous keys and deep strings entwine with rolling breaks and evocative vocals. This is a great 2024 opener for this talented artist who will be featuring heavily on the label throughout the year.

Arcologies has been an artist we have long been keen to feature on the label, and he moves things into a deeper direction with his debut track ‘Starless Night’, a beautiful deep roller with dreamlike qualities which instantly transport you to another place and realm – destination uncertain.

Another debutant, the talented Data B makes his first appearance with ‘Cocktail’, with deep pads and deep key tones sitting alongside its rumbling bass and rolling breaks.

The EP closes with Fortune & Chance’s ‘Enchant Code’, with haunting guitars and vocals dovetailing with rolling synth basslines, bringing the release and the series to a close beautifully.

i got new monitors! i've been getting a feel for mixing with them, and i think i'm used to them now! my mixes certainly sound better than they did before

i decided to use them to mix this month-old unreleased tune of mine. it's not much, but i like it and i hope it's enjoyable for you!

also, i have a beta going for a library i've been making for pixilang! it's for making music visuals and little demos - the stuff i've been doing on my youtube channel prior went into this library. i hope to release a beta soon. anyways i used it to make this little visual, check it out here:

Building on the strength of the already-massive original that has become something of an anthem in dances across the globe, we thought it high time to add a couple of remixes to the pot.

First up, Bristolian jungle dons Selecta J-Man and Kelvin 373 put their Born On Road stamp on it, rolling up the beats to a peak time fat one. Next up, Manchester's Think Tonk prang out and get psychedlic with a twisted bashment style version, tweaking the vocals into the sky. Finally another Bristol connection, the hotly tipped Rukus bring the bass weight to a minimal dancehall refix, mellowing the vibe a little while keeping the sonics lit.
