My new favorite way of composing, I call it "crescendo-all-the-way-to-the-end'o":

Step 1: Make a 8 or 16 bars beautifulness, with at least 30 different instruments
Step 2: Fade in all of the instruments
Step 3: Towards the end, just double everything to make it all louder & bigger
Step 4: Ear doctor

I remember the awesome feeling I had when I wrote this part a couple of years ago. 

Unfortunately those feelings are fresh produce and I didn't get it this time. But it's still a pretty awesome melodic structure, though!

Gentle piano keys with a calm, sad ambience.  For this track, I was playing around with reverb on the piano keys and I think I finally have that soft, chamber-like sound I've heard in a lot of film scores.
