The Niyamas (Sanskrit: नियम, romanized: Niyama) are positive duties or observances. In Dharma, particularly Yoga, niyamas and their complement, Yamas, are recommended activities and habits for healthy living, spiritual enlightenment, and a liberated state of existence. It has multiple meanings depending on context in Hinduism. In Buddhism, the term extends to the determinations of nature, as in the Buddhist niyama dhammas.

Virtues are extensively discussed in various ancient and medieval era texts of Hinduism. In its Yoga school, they are described in first two of eight limbs (steps, branches, components). The first limb is called yamas, which include virtuous self-restraints (the "don'ts"). The second limb is called niyamas which include virtuous habits, behaviors and observances (the "dos"). 
These virtues and ethical premises are considered in Hinduism as necessary for an individual to achieve a self-realized, enlightened, liberated state of existence (moksha).

Five Niyamas
In Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, the Niyamas are the second limb of the eight limbs of Yoga. Sadhana Pada Verse 32 lists the niyamas as:

- Shaucha (शौच): purity, clearness of mind, speech and body
- Santosha (सन्तोष): contentment, acceptance of others and of one's circumstances as they are, optimism for self
- Tapas (तपस्): austerity, self-discipline, persistent meditation, perseverance
- Svadhyaya (स्वाध्याय): study of self, self-reflection, introspection of self's thoughts, speeches and actions
- Ishvarapranidhana (ईश्वरप्रणिधान): contemplation of the Ishvara (God/Supreme Being, Brahman, True Self, Unchanging Reality), attunement to the supreme consciousness

For our release number 27, Helly Larson from Germany is another artist who is making his debut for the label. The Natural Dreams EP is his dynamic and very strong rhythmic sound with a touch of tech and techno that we will find in his last track of the ep, Past and Future Things. The first two tracks have a more upbeat vibe with a deep house composition, while the third track Got To Be Moving is a more rhythmic base sound, a deep house one with funky line. The vocal on Natural Dreams is very warm and goes well with the bassline, while the grounded Aquatic Journey track is placing a more serious tone, allowing the entire ep to have a good deep mixture.

Following their remix of Telepopmusik last year, the freshly-formed duo of Keinemusik affiliates deliver such an acid weapon Justin Strauss insisted they release it after it caused total Panorama Bar meltdown for him.
We’ll start with a little teaser… ‘The Moon Landing Was A Hoax’ takes off with pure 303 bounces before sharp vocal cuts pepper the mix leading to a heaven-opening breakdown. Total euphoria; it’s so powerful it totally misses the lunar landscape and spins us back around our own planet faster and faster with every emphatic layer.
It’s backed by ‘Overlooked’, a crisp up-tempo electro jam with creepy bass arpeggios, springy bass fills and a sudden hooky switch mid-way that will drive your own dancefloor into another meltdown. Old school, positive, so simple but so effective; this is impossible to

Quirky French duo O.N.O have been hard at work this year, making the most of the forced confinement by cooking up some of their most sophisticated work yet.
‘Don’t You Know Feat. Praa’ is a powerful, triumphant track that will lift the spirits. Bordering the lines between slinky nu disco and pumping house, it features sublime, breathy vocals from fellow Parisian newcomer, Praa. Her warm tones glide over a beautiful melange of off-beat disco bass, funked-up synth touches and moody atmospheric touches, all set to a snappy, tight beat. A heady breakdown and massive snare roll build-up kick the track into overdrive, and the mixture of ‘80s mood and driving modern day energy is a truly sumptuous mix.
‘In Spekzion’ rocks an Italo disco vibe in some style, convincingly recreating the muscular vibe of the era. A stuttering, whooping chopped-up vocal loop draws us in, a slowly phasing synth ‘n’ bass arpeggio cutting in sharply as the light beat and gated ‘80s snares explode into life. A swirling, muted synth snarls; another taps out an optimistic melody. Huge snare hits launch us out of the short breakdown, propelling us back towards that deliciously camp and retro vocal hook that recalls the days of primitive samplers with short sample times. The duo say that “the track was inspired by a host of anxiety-inducing information delivered in recent months, a total letting go of reality, a seizure of power over what surrounds us, a positive rebellion, a burst of oxygen.”
Together, these two tracks form a very necessary palette cleanser that will bring you energy and positivity right when you need them most.
