"Music is like life, a progression in time". That's what is written on the back of the CD cover.
Somewhere in 2003 I had to deal with RSI problems. I used to play a lot of Boogie Woogie.The doctors told me it's better to stop playing the piano if i wanted to heal. I couldn't stop and instead I gave myself the assignment to create a relaxing solo piano concert. I aimed to play in such a way that rythm as well as chord, bass and melody were all present and pleasant to listen too. I aimed to make the music easy to follow and gentle to listen to. If you enjoy my music I'd  like to you to be so kind to  spread the word and share it to the world.

Volt5000 (@volt5000 and @mgxloop) and I are glad to present "Day by Day 1" (as track 10) in our almost completed collaborative album "Day by Day" (including compositions of ours during the 1st half of 2022, but mostly of May and June 2022). What remains is a last, 11th (and long), track, which I'll post here on SC in about a week, "Day by Day 0 (En mouvement)- Reverse Continuous-Set Mix", which will close the album, to be then posted as a whole on SC too.

The track was created in collaboration on 30 January 2022 (initial composition, mix and recording in MAGIX by Volt5000) and 20-21 June 2022 (subsequent composition, arrangement, recording and final mix in GarageBand and Logic Pro X by Alex M), and posted here on SoundCloud on 1 July 2022 (by Alex M).

The artwork cover for the track uses a conceptual idea of Volt5000 of 6 May 2022, implemented by Alex M (in PowerPoint) on 7 May 2022, then cropped and annotated with text by Alex M (in Mac OS Preview) on 26 May 2022 - in coordination and agreement with Volt5000.

Thank you immensely, Volt5000 - for our mutually inspiring and creatively enriching collaborations in the "Day by Day" album of 2022 (1st half)!

That time we used instruments like Rebirth/and a lot of the old fashioned Roland hardware wich are very popular still.

His music is deeply inspired by artists such as Peter Gabriel, Genesis, Underworld, Philip Glass, Lisa Gerrard, The Editors, Sting, Depeche Mode, and classical composers, often resulting in compositions that evoke strong visual and cinematic themes intertwined with his passion for movies and photography.
