Stress and anxiety has a purpose. It’s nature’s way of telling you your life is off the rails, off track. Bhakti yoga calls for rejuvenation of the human spirit, when the human vitality is being used for its true purpose, then change will take place. Change (for the better) in the environment, in relationships, in the well being of all living beings.

Human Beings Are Way Off Track

How do you judge who is a materialist? The ancient and comprehensive wisdom of Bhagavad Gita explains that it isn't someone who simply has more than you. But rather anyone who thinks themselves to be the body and mind, is a materialist. When we set our sights only on the physical and mental planes we cut ourselves off from accessing the real happiness that naturally and always exists in the soul. In fact that complete happiness is what the soul is comprised of.

The Materialistic Shortcut Is Failing Us

Have you ever thought about questioning the overarching motivation for your life? We all seek happiness but do we know what happiness is? A conscious effort is required to direct our lives for a higher purpose, for real happiness beyond sensuality and psychology.
