Just a remix of the Easton Kingdom theme from Super Mario Land (by @hip_tanaka (a.k.a. Hirokazu "Hip" Tanaka)) using instruments from Asterix (by @joemcalby (a.k.a. Alberto Jose González)).

DISCLAIMER: The percussion is not exactly legit. I couldn't get it to sound right, so I copied the percussion track from the original game.

When I was a kid I owned a GBA game called Men in Black: The Series. I recently found out it reused the exact same soundtrack as Men in Black 2: The Series for GBC. After relistening to the title theme from both games, I noticed several instrumentation issues. I then decided to do a cover of that song and fix those issues. This was the result.

I originally was going to make this longer, but I decided against it for some reason. Laziness *might* be the most likely reason, but don't quote me on that ;)

Now then, a bit of backstory first: In the late 1990s, there was a company called Karma Studios working on several GBC games, including Bounced, Stip, and Section 7. All of their games had two things in common: good art direction and (more importantly) good music. Unfortunately, only one of their games was released, and Bounced was not one of them.

This is a cover/recreation of the "Polar" theme from Bounced. I couldn't get it 100% accurate because there is neither a GBS file or a ROM available.

[GB] Bounced - Polar (Recreated)

This is a song I made for a game I'm working on, called Flappy Owl (can't think of a better name ATM). I tried to copy the style of Karma Studios, but I kinda broke away form the style a bit towards the end.

As you may know from my previous track, Karma Studios worked on several Game Boy games, but only one of them was released: Keep the Balance (which I copied the waveform for this track from).
