Roland SE-02 - crazy main mid range synth doing bendy pitch things
Marion prosynth - string-ish chords
Oberheim Matrix 1000 - other backing stringy melody bit
Spectral audio syntrack - Subtle plinky patch in 2nd bar and some other bits, then the slightly distorted monophonic lead-ish type sound, see very end but comes in first way before that

Drums are fully atomised breaks from "the worm" and of course the amen.
