This is a return to my How To Cut & Paste style - there's a heavy emphasis on funk, jazz, soul, reggae, latin and hip-hop, plus a shitload of samples from my favourite movies and songs all relating to LUNCH (this is my first full project since BREAKFAST OF CHAMPIONS). 
I included exclusives of remixes I've done recently for The Charlatans and DJ Mighty Mi w/ Grand Puba. 
And there's some rare 90s rap freestyles, including one by RZA that I feel pretty certain doesn't exist anywhere on the internet!

If you haven't heard this, honestly, what have you been doing with your life? This is an impeccable 4-track studio megamix from Brooklyn's DJ Riz stuffed with old skool/golden era hip hop gems. Recorded in '94, aired on Radio One in '96, soundtracked our summer of '97. 
Although I originally ripped my battered 2nd gen tape of this, which I feel somehow entitles me to upload this, I'll happily admit that this is a better quality and complete version. I forget where it came from, but to whoever recorded this, respect.
