DJ SHIBATA (探心音 / the oath)

10代半ばバンドでDrumsを担当、流れでダンスミュージックの世界に足を踏み入れDJ活動を開始。
カルチャーのルーツへさかのぼり、House～Garage～LoftとNYスタイルの王道にのめり込む。
同時に日本そして東京という環境を活用しあらゆる音楽・スタイル・価値観を吸収し、次第に自分の感覚でそれらをフロアに落とし込むことに意味を見い出す。
今年初め惜しまれつつその第一幕を閉じたハウスミュージックの名店、青山LOOPで14年に渡って第2土曜のレジデントを務め、現在は渋谷KOARAの第4金曜“探心音”、青山OATHでの“THE
OATH”第1金曜を中心に様々なパーティーで活動中。

探心音を一緒にやっているrintaro、DJ/producerのno*madとFlying Bornというユニットをやっていて毎週セッションを重ねているので、そこから生まれたものも形にしていきたいと思います。

Aoki Takamasaは、2001年初頭に自身にとってのファースト･アルバム『SILICOM』をリリースして以来、LIVE、DJ、楽曲制作を中心に国際的な活動を続けている。2004年からはヨーロッパに拠点を置き、2011年に帰国。国内外のアーティストのremix、プロデュース、ミキシングも担当。Bun／Fumitake TamuraとのユニットNeutralでの活動も進行中。写真家としても活動している。

DJ SHIBATAは90年代半ばにDJ活動を開始。NYスタイルの王道にのめり込むが、あらゆる音楽・スタイル・価値観を吸収し、自分の感覚でそれらをフロアに落とし込むことに意味を見い出す。現在はディープで先鋭的なダンスミュージックのパーティー”探心音”を渋谷KOARAで10年以上に渡り開催し、ハウス、テクノ、ブレイクビーツからディスコ、ファンクまでを一貫性のあるグルーヴで紡いでいる。

2000年頃のレイヴやパーティーを体験し衝撃を受けてきたMu Rakiは、10年に及ぶ東京でのDJを経て、2015年にベルリンへ渡る。ディープな音楽体験の中でより実験的なミニマル・ハウスに傾倒してゆく。修行の旅から帰国後の2019年7月には、VisionquestのShaun Reevesを招き、自身のパーティー“inipi”をVENTで開催した。

Raised in both East and West, Devon is an emerging artist with significant early exposure to music performance and production in Japan. Her musical journey began at the age of three, when she started playing classical piano. Ever since, she has been deeply immersed in the world of music.

Devon’s DJ style seamlessly integrates elements from a diverse array of genres, including house, disco, techno, electro, new wave, synth pop, and the psychedelic sounds of post-war United States, all infused with her unique touch. Her rhythms carry an exhilarating energy tinged with a hint of psychedelia. While guiding audience into an emotionally immersive world, she consistently surprises them with her free-spirited approach.
