Liuos seemed to arrive on the dub techno scene all at once with Terms EP, his strong debut on Cold Tear Records, but this was the culmination of two decades of experimentation and discipline. A unique mix of power and spaciousness, of both longing and will, Liuos’ work stands out for its clarity and expansiveness. Working steadily from his modest studio in Finland, Liuos has quietly become a respected name in the world of dub techno, with releases on Cold Tear, Lucidflow, and spclnch, and remixes for Superordinate Dub Waves and Off Records (Belgium).

Little of this, little of that... I've released dub techno on OneSun Yellow, Quiet Strength Records, Metaphysical Circuits, and Kitchen Smoke. I'm also part of the dub techno duo phoam.
