Introduced very early to the world of music, Fabio Bacanhim, for most known as Baca, started by developing his passion when invited to play for the school radio in 2000 and at small events in school.

The first professional experience happened in 2002 when he was invited by the Portuguese DJ Benjamin Rodrigues to perform at Calhaus Bar, up north in Madeira Island, Portugal where was born and raised, proving his talent every weekend.

Soon after that his presence grew bigger playing at the most well known pubs and clubs in the island, such as Shake Down, La Barca, Mexicano, Trakinas and Olimpo Bar.

In 2007, Baca decided to take his passion to the next level by moving to Lisbon he starts working in one of the best clubs in the capital named Kremlin as a Light Joker next to Oscar Baia and at after parties meeting some of the best Portuguese DJ's.

Fabio proved himself once again in 2011 when invited to perform in Bournemouth, England at DNA where also wasa resident dj for eight months.
He starts playing at Minimal Animals party a organised party by Roberto Miranda and other well known pubs were stage for this artist to thrive, such as:

the Winchester Pub where played together with some international talents, like Kuba Drypher, El Vecino, Allan Feytor, Yellowman, Roberto Miranda and Nikita;

Toma Sundays where then worked with Ivan Del Fuente, Fabio Quattrochi, Superdee and Alberto Cardenosa;

Taboo Club and The lounge.

Sharing his passion to the public from deep house to tech house and also adapting his style, Fabio Bacanhim is constantly working in new projects and gaining his reputation with every new performance and successfully making his way to fulfil a dream.
