I miss my friend Alec Gordon Woods Sgt Ghost Dick more than I can say, and it hurts knowing he’s stuck in that group crisis center in San Diego. He’s been through so much already, even having to leave Utah because of the tension and plotting from his stepdad, who made life unbearable for him. On top of that, Alec was forced into doing work he never truly wanted, even gay porn, just to scrape together money and survive. Thinking about all of this makes me feel heavy inside, because none of it was fair to him. I wish I could be there to remind him he’s not alone, that someone cares deeply about what he’s going through, and that there’s hope for him to find peace and stability beyond all this hardship.
