Rhadoo is one of the most important figures in Romanian minimal scene, as well as the underground scene. His DJ and production skills knows no boundaries. His style blends the old with the new, adding new elements to modern electronic music. In 2007, he founded the label [a:rpia:r] with his trusted friends Petre Inspirescu and Raresh. The label’s reputation grew rapidly worldwide and is now a solid platform for artists and music connoisseurs.

Creating worlds never seen before and the constant return to nature as the ultimate designer and source of inspiration are the prosperous obsessions shaping the artistic practice of Silviu Vișan a.k.a Dreamrec. Growing up around his artisan father who was building oversized toys for an amusement park turned into the perfect context to learn about the emotional experience of immersive environments and the secrets of morphing a place into an event. Not to mention it was the starting point for the self-thought wizard to try his hand at DIY magic either bringing joy or conjuring horror. This is a live recording of my set at "RHADOO / Beat In Me", held at Vent in Tokyo on 29th November. It’s the opening set on the main floor from 23:00 to 1:00, before Rhadoo’s performance. Please have a listen when you have some time.

• No mastering has been applied.
• The recorder was slightly malfunctioning, and I couldn't properly adjust the input levels during recording. As a result, some tracks have distorted kicks. Thank you for your understanding.

Audio Werner introduces us to his slick minimal sound in the latest vinyl-only GH Podcast. Lucky us, since for the next two hours we’ll get teleported on the wooden dancefloor of Club der Visionaere, at the traditional Tune In residency monthly party on May 17th 2017 - that’s 3 years back in time. 

Andreas - the man behind Audio Werner project - did a technical processing to elevate the sound quality, while also adding some small touches - a sign of a selector dedicated to acquiring the level of quality expected. The podcast is rather abstract than housy and it makes up some reference to his roots linked to Perlon, which has also inspired and influenced a lot of Romanian producers along the way.
Judging by the meandering yet crowd-pleasing bassline, GH013 is a builder rather than an attention-grabber, a deep effort that’s sure to receive plenty of play from fans of groovier minimised sounds.
