This song comes from a place where passion and chaos mix together, where love feels like a cure and a sickness at the same time. When I wrote Problematic, I wanted to capture that push-and-pull energy—the kind of connection that pulls you in even when you know it might break you. The verses move through that tension: wanting someone, losing control, and choosing them anyway.

I leaned into the atmospheric R&B sound that inspires me—dreamy textures, trap-influenced rhythm, emotional melodies—and built this track around the moments where desire gets overwhelming. A lot of the R&B that hits today lives in that space between vulnerability and aggression, and I wanted to bring my own version of that feeling.

This is me being honest. This is me fighting with myself, loving hard, wanting harder, and giving up whatever it costs just to hold onto something real.
