From early Techno / House through to late 90's trance and naughties hardhouse i love most genres.
HARD HOUSE / TRANCE is in my heart but recently i enjoy playing Tech House, Techno and deep house.

For years, I've had a front-row seat to the electrifying energy of Adelaide's greatest raves, both as a stage dancer and on the dance floor. fueled by the sounds of hardhouse, NRG, hardcore, freeform, UK hardcore, drum and bass, it has been my life for years. Now, it’s time to flip the script and step up to the decks. The energy of the dance floor has always fueled me, and I’m ready to return that fire to the crowd as DJ Ember. 
I love and take every opportunity to showcase my passion for mixing and my drive to create unforgettable vibes, taking you through an emotional high-energy journey through the sounds of Hardhouse and NRG. I’m here to prove that the same energy I’ve brought to the stage and floor can light up the decks.

Beginning his DJ career in 2002, DeXiTroN’s musical background gave him a hunger to play something more than just spinning someone else tunes.
 
He picked up the producing bug in 2005 and began a journey that would end up taking him all over the world!
His beats are chunky, hard bass lines with ‘home baked’ synths, making DeXi's tracks stay in your mind, long after the night ends!
 
DeXiTroN’s 'Live' Hard House sets are performed on these pro tools- Akai APC40, Roland TB3, Edirol PCR300, Ableton Live 9 and Novation Launchpad; 
His sets are improvised on the fly, so no two live sets are ever the same! 
 
DeXiTroN has headlined shows in the UK, Perth, Melbourne & Adelaide with the privilege of performing at shows along side- Stimulant Djs, Ben Stevens, Adam M, Jon BW, Digital Mafia, James Nardi, Justin Charge, K1, Damien Blaze, Michael Smith, Jody 6, Serum, Manik..  Not to mention Earthcore 2015 and Adelaide’s finest local producers and DJ's. 
International releases on Mangled Wreck Chords, DIP, Fireball Records, Renewable NRG, Spin Hard Records, Beat Ranch, Encore Hard, Volatile Records, Hard Hittin’ Digital, Slave 7 are all available through Soundcloud, Toolbox digital, Trackitdown and iTunes.  
 
Apart from pumping out the solo tracks, his also collaborated/remixed with the likes of- Dynamic intervention, Nick Sentience, Ben Stevens, DanTraX, Nikkdbubble, Manik, Michael Smith, Dramatik, Zealous, Dave C, NARC, LisDexia and Miss Tracy.. With more releases to come! Not to mention, winning the Slave7 comp with DanTraX for their remix of Revolution , which included the privilege of having their tune mastered by Paul Janes.
 
With DeXiTron’s productions being signed to labels all over the world, he decided to take on his next musical career challenge… 
Starting his own record label, Mangled Wreck Chords in 2010! With the website launched, comps on the go and quality producers being signed weekly, this new Aussie label was definitely making its mark! His stand out feature for all the producers being signed to his label, they would all receive a copy of their track on vinyl. Mangled Wreck Chords has signed artists such as: Base Graffiti, Ben Stevens, PHD, Michael Smith, Zealous, Dramatik, Manik, Nikdbubble and of course DeXiTroN..
 
Fast forward to 2012… VINYL GROOVE! The man's latest venture in his ever-evolving passion for music! 
Travelling to Germany for two days of intense training and then setting up his business. Three years on, DeXiTroN now has his own, successful Vinyl cutting business in Adelaide; 
Vinyl Groove continue to cut records for people all over the world, with a cutting demo booth being set up later this year at some of Adelaide’s vinyl fairs.
 
We can only wonder what the next part of his musical journey will bring….

Naomi “Nomes” Counsel 
“The Deviant Diva from Down-Under”

Australian born Naomi, aka Nomes started what was to be an epic rave career right back in the mid 90’s, in the heart of Melbourne, shortly after rave scene first took Australia by storm. Experiencing the birth of the dance music scene as it is known over there, and mainly the “doof” culture - massive psy-trance outdoor parties and not so legal gatherings, something not known at the time that would later become a huge part of her life. 

Her love for the music and stomping ‘til sunrise eventually led to Nomes wanting to grace the decks herself, and in the year 2000 she did just that, landing her first gigs with Melbourne Morning Trance. It wasn’t long after this she discovered the UK Hard House sound, becoming hooked on the filthy bass, stabs and hoovers sounding the scene across the other side of the globe. A sound she became recognised for rocking and resulted in her landing many gigs in both Melbourne’s hugest clubs and biggest events.

Nomes played out at many events across Melbourne, Hard Kandy, 3D, Krankin, Duel, G.O.D, Kryal Castle, Smile Police/NRG, H2BH, MDA and Energise to name all but a few. These banging parties led Nomes and her growing crew to put on their own event. In 2003 “SykoticNomes” was born, an underground warehouse party that would see 'Party Goers' rocking it in a secret industrial warehouse location, raving the night away to all variants of Hard House, NRG, Hard Dance, as well as many other genres that also incorporate that UK flavour, a sound Nomes is always drawn to.

4 years of unforgettable parties later and Nomes decided to take some time out from the scene (as most DJ’s do), to start a family and make new memories. The retirement didn’t stop her from mixing in her personal time though, and with UK Hard House being non-existent in Melbourne at the time, she turned her attentions to Full On Psy, replacing those filthy off beats with massive rolling baselines.

9 years on and Nomes has come back with a vengeance. These past few years after returning from her break have seen her reigniting the Melbourne hard dance scene with new UK Hard House flavours. The warehouse parties are also back in full flow with her massive night “Till Shut Down (TSD/AWE)”, a night that is continuing to grow in popularity and has seen some of her favourite DJ’s take stage on the 1’s and 2’s, including big hitters from the UK such as Kevin Energy, Chaney, Random But Raw, Nikkdbubble and Filthykitten and aussie NRG favourites Narc, Dramatik, Asylum, SinNRG and many more.

On a final note we can look forward to so much more in the future from our “deviant diva”, the coming months are going to see her finally take stage over in the UK, with events yet to be confirmed, but sure to be HUGE!!! Not only this but we will also be able to look forward to some of her own music productions hitting the hard house charts too, showing her hard house roots with lashings of psy elements.
