UNCLE FUMIN hails from the Borough of Newham in East London. Fumin started creating a buzz on pirate radio stations such a, Deja Vu, Flava fm, mystic fm, rinse fm heat fm among all others FM in his early teens and quickly sprung into stardom best known as a founding member of Fire Camp and for his appearance on Lethal Bizzle "Forward Riddim" (Pow) which entered the UK National Charts Top 10, winning him a "Mobo Award" for 'Best Single of the year & also Sidewinder 'best newcomer' award nominee.

His mixtape ''The Official Paid in Full" Vol 1 + 2 & "mood swings" featuring Tinie tempeh, wiley, mike skinner, jammer, Ice-kid & more received heavy rotation on the club scene and airplay on grime shows including DJ Logan Sama (Kiss 100); Tim Westwood (Radio 1); Ras Kwame (1Xtra) and DJ Limelight (BBC Asian Network); all of this increasing his burgeoning underground profile and exposure in UK Grime.

Swiss established himself in the music industry as a pirate radio Deejay, acclaimed as the first to spin a record on the notorious delight F.M, home of the infamous So Solid crew, this is where his foundations where laid. Swiss worked hard to prove himself worthy amongst the elites to become apart of the select members of So Solid.

Swiss was swiftly honing his skills as a DJ/producer, fusing his diverse musical influences, he helped inadvertently create what would reshape and remould the sound of British youth culture. Planting the seeds of what would become the U.K ‘s very own, Grime. Managing to produce three tracks on So Solids seminal, ground-breaking platinum selling album ‘They Don’t Know’ it can easily be said that Swiss along with So Solid created their own genre brand DNA representing a cross between Hip Hop/Garage and grime. Their innovative and ground-breaking accomplishments won them many accolades including a Brit award (1) Mobo (3) and many others.
