Consisting of 3 original tracks and 4 remixes from the likes of Norwell, DJCJ, Dimitri Veimar, and Koloman Trax.

Coming next on Cultivated Electronics Ltd (CE’s limited vinyl offshoot) is a V/A EP entitled ‘Onderwereld’ which takes its name from a former atomic bunker based in The Hague (Netherlands) that housed music studios, offices and the Intergalactic FM station, Onderwereld Radio. The building had to be vacated last year, but the amalgamation of some of those artists and their creative resources lives on. Together, they encapsulate the new underground sound of The Hague.

Opening the A-side is a track by Crave Festival organiser, Cosmox who delivers tough staccato Electro-funk on ‘Electrostress’, before 543ff (a regular player on the Dutch Electro scene who’s released on ÆX and has a forthcoming album on Diffuse Reality) brings stripped-back beats and layers of melody on ‘Easy’.

Keeping the Onderwereld collaborative ethos alive, 543ff joins forces with Star-kid (Bunker Records) and Gamma Intel (Brokntoys / Pinkman) on the B-side, for ‘Three City Firm’. Their original version is dark and bristling, while 543ff’s remix takes the track on a galactic ride.

TIF002 is the upcoming EP from Italian based Giorgio Bacchin aka Raw MT (@rawmusictheory) on @toccailfuturo. It’s a minimal concept with few analog instruments. Attraction for the universe seen as a contraption in perfect balance, an excellent and mystic work that spreads positive energy to all part of it. All motion in space is slow, everything seems to be standing still and for this the tracks evolve slowly and subtly.
It's a sort of space odyssey.

DET:ROI - contraction of Detroit and Charleroi.

The Motor City has always been important to Roulette Rekordz. Not only for the major influence it had on us and many of our artists, but also because our first international guest was MANASYt then based in... Detroit. During our journey, a couple of releases have paid tribute to that specific sound, be it Natan Vance and his soundtracks for cyberpunk thrillers, Hantrax and his naive and nostalgic tales or Dark Prophet and his beefy electro-techno.

We thought it was time to solidify this connection and make it obvious for once and for all. Not only for musical reasons, but also because our cities share one same fate. A story of deindustrialization, decline and decay. A story of social struggle and economical challenges. A story about humans and their actions, creating the energy of the city they live in.

Roulette Rekordz is offering you today a collaboration between two big bearded motherfuckers : FRANCOIS DILLINGER representing Detroit & POLADROID representing Charleroi.
