I use this page to privately keep my own personal collection of old songs I've made with Silly Creature (instrumental progressive metal funk) and Pillars of Hercules (instrumental progressive groove metal with electronics) and Under A Western Sky (melodic metalcore).

Mike Harris is a singer/songwriter, multi-instrumentalist & composer born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He recently graduated with honors from Berklee College of Music in Boston, Massachusetts with a Bachelor of Arts in Film Composition & Guitar Performance.
Now back after four years in Boston, Mike is living back in Venice, CA ready to perform, compose and record around southern California. As he transitions back into life in Los Angeles, Mike is working on recording his first solo record and performing his original music around the city. With an eclectic range of music influences, ranging from the music of Ray LaMontagne, John Mayer, Ella Fitzgerald, Bon Iver, Frank Ocean, The Beatles, Nina Simone, Sufjan Stevens and many more, Mike hopes to share his own blend of music and influences in his debut 11-song album being recorded this November with the talented Engineer & Producer David Peters (The Flaming Lips, Amber Rubarth). In addition to his solo singer/songwriter work, Mike continues to compose for films/games on a freelance basis and has just completed interning with Remote Control Productions (Hans Zimmer) & Silvertone Music under the direction of Ramin Djawadi (Game of Thrones, Iron Man, Pacific Rim). Mike Harris has established himself as a prolific performer and composer and looks forward to taking advantage of all the opportunities that Los Angeles has to offer.
