Empty Boots DEMO - - INDIAN JOE MUSICAL

I was sitting in my kitchen one nite, hanging out after a studio session when a wee lass named Sugar joined us for a aperitif. She had been rehearsing in one of the practice rooms off of our kitchen space. Sugar entertained us with a few songs, and I immediately wanted to produce some music with her. We Produced a couple of singles, then about a year later she contacted me about doing a whole album. In the winter of 2013 we co-Produced this gem of an album. Sugars' music, delivery and style is a highly original melange of directed art energy, and her natural band leadership conveys a message of sincere participation that drives the musicians in the band to inspiration in their own performances, and interpretation of her music. besides the fun of producing, engineering and mixing the album, I got to play a lot of things I normally dont have the chance to play....the toy organ, trumpet, finger piano, ocarina, melodica.......While we were mixing a film maker I was working with fell in love with the songs, and before the album was even done, he had picked two songs for his movie, which we then had the joy of mixing in 5:1 surround sound for the film....before the album was even released!! Check out Sugars' band, or her solo. You won't be disappointed no matter where, how or with who shes' performing!
