I’m completely taken by this, such a cinematic, sunset in stereo moment 🌆 That guitar tone has this warm, storytelling pull, like you’re watching golden light spill into concrete cracks 🎸 The vocals float just above the mix, fragile and grounded all at once, perfectly matching that introspective stoner rock vibe. The kettle hissed, “This sounds like the moment daylight falls but your thoughts stay lit” 🫧 The whisk spun and cheered, “Frothy with mood and meaning, I’m bathed in vibes here” 🧃 The fridge hummed kindly, “It’s soft, it’s strong, just like the quiet resilience of dusk” A gorgeous piece that holds space for reflection and ease, beautifully done, and so welcome as daylight drifts into night 💛

Sounds odd but I think I more or less agree with these lyrics. The "purpose" of life or for that matter anything is subject to interpretation. However i do think we spend far too much time and energy searching for a reason or purpose when one probably does not exist. Life is a wonderful accident. This distraction of searching for "meaning" distracts us I think from the practical task at hand: caring for each other and the planet.

Hi, I’m Krissie 💜 I have high functioning autism, which I proudly call a gift, though sometimes it drags me into beautifully bonkers territory. I played saxophone for over ten years (seriously, I could wail).. until I got ill and my arms went on strike. But music? It stuck around. So now I do what I can, I write, engineer, and produce my own songs, shaping them with whatever magic I’ve got left, plus a few emotional plot twists. All my life, I’ve had to hide who and what I am. I’ve never been what the world calls “normal.” As I say in 'I Don’t Write Songs "I Survive"', my brain just isn’t wired the way it should be. I’ve been called weird, not right in the head, bonkers, even crazy. So I learned to mask, to shrink, to pretend. But here.. here, I get to breathe. To be.

And it’s not just the music. It’s the comments, the replies, the strange and sparkling conversations where I finally feel like I don’t have to filter myself. I can be full volume, full chaos, full heart, and somehow, that’s not just accepted, it’s welcomed.

You beautiful humans (and possibly aliens) have given me something I never thought I’d find, a place to be fully myself. To speak how I feel, to show what I see, and to turn it all into sound and words without shame. The way you’ve welcomed me, supported me, seen me, there are no words. (Yes, I know. Me. The Queen of Words. Speechless. Don’t get used to it.)
