Currently studying Music Performance at ACM Guildford. 

Kicking Television were born following the disbanding of Reading favourites Johnny Arrow & The Cheap Day Returns, who had established themselves on the local scene, and appeared on the same bill as the likes of The Bluetones, The Xcerts and Everything Everything.

KTV represents a fresh way of making music for Alex, Jof and Simon, taking their pop song craftsmanship and applying it to something harder and more progressive.

Taking little bits of influence from the likes of Wilco, Queens of the Stone Age, The Beatles, Mute Math and Radiohead, they mix instant melody and directness with powerful drums and dark riffs, creating a big sound with light and shade and real dynamic contrast
