just a hodge podge of the songs i've listened to over the years. Includes a lot of songs from C418 and videogames, some of these C418 tracks are ones I reuploaded since I couldn't find them on here. probably because anytime you search "C418" here, you get bombarded by the same Stranger Things remix and every Minecraft song, including remixes of them. I really wish that weren't the case. Also, if you've checked out my playlists on youtube, you would know 300 songs isn't even a huge deal. like, 1500 songs, whoa. that's too many.

Kirby  Triple Deluxe Final Boss Theme 2 [星のカービィトリプルデラックス ラスボスBGM2]

This was a monolith of a track for me to pull together in Famitracker, but it is done!

This is essentially a remix of a remix...originally from Space Harrier. This remix is based on the variant used in the Japanese Master System BIOS v2.1, where the tune is much cleaner, and personally, easier listening.

SEGA Master System JP BIOS 2.1 (Space Harrier)

One of my favourite Final Fantasy tracks. I was disappointed with the other Chiptune interpretations of this track so I had to throw my one into the mix!

I admit, I cheated a little. I've got two Triangle channels going here. I mixed them both into the final mixdown through Audition.

You're Not Alone - Final Fantasy IX

I felt like there was a lack of decent chiptuning of this track, so I thought I should create one myself! This is the result!

It's the first time I've experimented in changing the tempo in the middle of a track. Feedback is welcome on this!

As the track was a very, very simple loop, I thought I'd throw in a bit of variety, letting the track build then fade away again.

Scootin' Through Clocktowers Beneath The Sea - A Hat In Time

This is one of my favorite tracks from Haunted Castle (悪魔城ドラキュラ in Japanese), the first arcade game from the Castlevania series, released in 1988. Kenichi Matsubara was one of the original composers of that soundtrack, which helped to establish Castlevania's reputation for catchy, rocky tunes together with its Gothic aesthetics. This version uses both the 2A03 NES sound chip paired with the Konami VRCVII (also known as VRC7).

Kirby's Return to Dreamland - HEN

Mega Turrican has one of the best soundtracks for the Sega Mega Drive (Genesis in the USA), period. It was composed by the legendary Chris Hülsbeck and it can also be heard in Super Turrican (for the Super NES) and Turrican 3 (for the Amiga home computer). This version was modeled after the Mega Turrican version, though, and I used the Konami VRCVII (also known as VRC7) for more FM synthesis goodness. I also recorded each sound channel separately and made a stereo mix.
