tonal and rythmical motifs works very well for the concept, I think.
By the end of this, I really felt the mood creeping in, and I started to feel uneasy haha. Very effective depiction really, that's a nod.

Btw, do you have any theory or knowledge about why 440hz got standard in the first place?

It takes courage and determination to sort through the noise and chatter and realise that true happiness is within us if we take the time to look.

This piece attempts to explore some of those inner feelings of turmoil and uncertainty as they gnaw away at our sanity.
