Porto-based label Kokölò returns with its 4th release: the 'Maybe Memories Are Our Only Relief' EP by Alfonsvs.

Since its inception last year, the label's journey has been defined by the ear-catching releases from the anonymous Rave Child and Alfonsvs. They have instantly captured the attention of the electronic music community and built a series of monthly, now unmissable, events in their hometown. 

Bringing the EP to a compelling close is "Trouble in Paradise," a groove-infused composition featuring magnetic moments, built upon punchy drums, stab sounds, acid touches and ethereal pads – all masterfully enveloped in a warmly embracing distortion.

It’s New Jersey vs. the World! That’s the name of the hotly anticipated joint tour featuring two of the Garden State’s finest, Senses Fail and Saves the Day. Emo(tions) will be high for these shows, with each band playing one of their classic albums in its entirety. Senses Fail’s debut, ‘Let It Enfold You,’ is 20 years old this year, while Saves the Day’s ‘Through Being Cool’ turns 25. To celebrate the tour, the bands each covered a favorite song by the other: For Senses Fail’s Buddy Nielsen, STD’s “Shoulder to the Wheel” “launched my concept of what it means to make music.” Meanwhile, STD’s Chris Conley has remade Senses Fail’s “Lady in a Blue Dress” into “a little campfire acoustic song.” Hear both bandleaders look back in this SoundCloud exclusive.
