Here we go! Another engine theme. Gordon's was actually not too hard to do, since I already attempted his theme a while back. This is more of a hybrid of variations heard throughout "A Better View for Gordon" and "Gordon and the Gremlin", and I am really happy with how this came out. Gordon the Big Engine's Theme - Season 5

I’ve always felt that out of all the Welch compositions, this one was lacking the most. The instrumentation feels empty, almost like it was rushed through production. More layering and a diversified harmony definitely would’ve helped this one, but I also tried to be authentic to the original. That being said, the original track definitely had potential and with a little creative reinterpretation it can turn out to be something special.

but now Henry and Gordon are both stronger engines of Sodor,
