Released in April of 2006, the HUMAN RESOURCE was a compilation of musical highlights from my drum and bass label HUMAN IMPRINT. The double vinyl release had brand new exclusive remixes and original music. The double CD release consisted of 12 tracks on CD1 and a great mix of 22 label jams on CD2 by my boys @evolintent entitled “Evol Intent Assemble The Monster”. The entire visual and audio “concept” for the album was based on the story of Frankenstein (hence the mix name). I collaborated on the mix intro with @evolintent and we called it VIVIFY (to animate / enliven). The packaging design was an idea that i worked out with my friend @joelsavitzky. He crushed it. I designed the HUMAN RESOURCE lettering for the front of the release. The inside of the booklet was bright red with an overlay of clear ink that looked like muscle tissue and a quote from the vocal we had made for the intro track - “the switch thrown as raw lightning arcs down the line / violent / consuming the cold form upon the table / within moments the power is diminished / by the glimmer of the half extinguished light / i saw the dull yellow eye of the creature open / it breathed hard and a convulsive motion agitated its limbs”. Lots and lots of thought went into what should have been a simple "Best Of” release. Extremely proud of this one.

An avid listener of E.D.M music. Mostly pertaining to Breaks, Drum&Bass, Trance, & House. Originally from Jacksonville Fl. now residing in San Diego Ca. 

Daniel Poussart is an esteemed human resources professional whose career is highlighted by his adeptness in developing strategies that enhance workplace efficiency and employee engagement. Born in the U.S, 'Nikovani' is an American Music Producer, Influenced by European & UK Styles of Music. He was Influenced by his father at a young age, dancing to him mixing vinyl, mainly Drum & Bass (DNB). Artists like "Sub Focus,"Grafix," "Wilkinson," "Culture Shock," "Dimension," and "Metrik," has Inspired him to Produce his own Music. Starting out at age 10 using his Nintendo Switch (KORG Gadget) to produce. these days, he has Upgraded to better Quality Music Production software.
