This is a track I wrote because there are times I need a reminder to be present in the moment. I need this reminder more often than I'd like to admit but we all need a bit of grounding sometimes. This track encourages the listener to get out of their own head and just enjoy the moment (and the small things!) Finding peace in the present and not overthinking about every small detail. Just - be - here - now :)
