The next episode of our podcast series recorded by Berlin based producer and DJ Oliver Reissig, also known as @DeskaiMusic.

We have long time friendship and conversation, supporting his releases in our podcast and mixes, closely monitoring his musical activities. 

Aside from Deskai, Oliver has another aliases like Synox, Dubaxis and Spasmik, originally from Paris, France, he follows in Berlin since 2012. Mainly focused on drum & bass and techno, from atmospheric soundscapes to dancefloor bangers, Deskai found a balance between these opposites due to his versatile creativity and wide music tastes. With strong worldwide DJ support of his music from LTJ Bukem, DJ Ink, Renaat Vandepapeliere, Paco Osuna and more, Deskai has released numerous jungle and drum & bass tracks to labels such as Renegade Hardware, Scientific Records, Next Phase Records, Warm Ears Music, Offworld Recordings, Modulate Recordings, Omni Music, Monochrome Recordings, Soul Deep Recordings, Liquidz Spirit and others, alongside his minimal and tech house tracks on labels as Klectik Records, What Now Becomes, D-Lab Records, Sub.spiele Records, SuperPitch, Ambiosphere Recordings, Moira Audio and Speedsound Music.

Paying a lot of attention recently to creating downtempo and trip-hop music and being a certified audio engineer, having extensive discography and experience in performing as a DJ and recording studio mixes, Oliver has become one of the most important guests of our podcast. 

His mix combines different times and influences of drum & bass music, from classic atmospheric melodies to modern liquid and deep vibes, presenting a vast vision and rich music heritage, while remaining invariably deep and introversive.

We glad certainly to hear these lovely vibes caressing our ears and soul in our podcast series and thank Oliver for he responded to our offer found the time in his schedule, recording that wonderful mix.

Bio: I've been fascinated by electronic music from an early age, firstly by artists such as Vangelis, Tomita and Kraftwerk, and then later by dance music emerging from Chicago and Detroit While listening to UK pirate radio stations I became interested in the various styles that would lead to the emergence of Drum & Bass. This inspired me to learn how to start making music myself, although I always remained interested in Techno and House sounds. A friend switched me on to Dub Techno in 2001 and it really resonated with me, becoming a big influence on my own sound. This mix is a selection of deep and Dub Techno sounds, all of which I either own on vinyl, or have paid to download - I believe it's important to support the artists !
