Straight off the back of his most recent release on Liquid V's 'After Party' Nottingham native, dnb maestro Marcus Tee drops a solid debut release on Smooth N Groove! With early influences from 80's electro and scene legends LTJ Bukem, DBridge and Blu Mar Ten. Marcus honed his craft and anded his first release back in 2013 on Roll The Drums imprint. Fast forwarding to recent years Marcus has seen releases on Soul Deep, Influenza and Liquid V to name a few.

The 'Don't Be Scared' EP is packed with bespoke and classy production featuring those all important soulful vibes accompanied by smooth instrumentals, groovy bass lines and a variety of creative drums, while select well crafted vocals and beautiful atmospherics round out the EP perfectly.

The Marcus Tee 'Don't Be Scared' EP is locked and ready to drop 5th November.

Lost about 30 seconds of the intro because of a Rekordbox reboot to fix an audio issue, but all in all it was a fun set once I caught my bearings. Smooth and soulful first hour into a moodier second hour, like I like to do it. S/O to Kaf, MetaPattern, DaddyDough and DJ MeLT for participating in our Saturday Vibe Train on Twitch. We should definitely do it again!

Liquid Lovers Lounge (EP42|FEB05|2022)

Sw3rv3 delivers a solid double drop this week with two different flavor mixes. This one on more of a smooth laid back vibe, dropping some nice kick back energy peppered with a few jazzy and soulful tunes to keep it tasty. Nice seamless mixing on this one, keeping the vibrations and keys evolving throughout the session. Dropping in a bit of meditation from Bachelors of Science for good measure and finishing of with a solid set of verbage from Sw3rv3 favorite MC Verbz.
