'Jen a.k.a Flavours is a DJ based in Milton Keynes, England. It all started for her 17 years ago on a pair of 1210" Technics, mixing a variety of Drum and Bass and Hardcore.


She enjoys a variety of Drum and Bass- Jungle, Liquid, Tech, Deep, Dark, Minimal, and Old Skool. She’s inspired by producers and DJ’s such as Alix Perez, Break, Veak, Euphonique, Duoscience, Geostatic, Phat Playaz, Calibre, Payback and going back to her first days of mixing, DJ’s and Producers such as Clipz, DJ Hype, Andy C, Bladerunner, Mickey Finn, Kenny Ken, and Mampi Swift were the reason she fell in love with the genre.


She played at a few parties just before lockdown 2020, and had a set booked for Boomtown 2020 which was unfortunately cancelled. Since the rave scene went on ‘hold’ she was mixing non stop, and was offered a monthly slot on Different Drumz radio. It’s been a deeply emotional journey for her, battling with many challenges along the way; she’s truly found herself in music!


She believes music is something that brings people together, something that everyone has in common and can share globally. She believes it’s a healer like nothing else in the world. With her eclectic mix of different styles of Drum and Bass, she takes you on a journey through the genre, to showcase and spread the good vibes and sounds DnB has to offer. Impression is a DJ and producer currently residing in Saint Augustine, Florida. In the last few years, since the pandemic, he has truly found his sound within the realm of smooth, vibey, rhythmic Drum & Bass. He recently has released tunes on several prominent labels such as Fokuz, Celsius, FX909 Music, Soul Deep, Headsbass, Influenza Media, Soul Trader, Liquid Drops, Theoryon Records and Rolled Up Records. On top of that he has recently contributed music to the charity Liquid Drum & Bass 4 Autism presents: 'USA vs. U.K. A friendly Exhibition', 

Growing up in South Florida in the peak of the rave wave of the 90's he found himself inspired by this movement and became co-founder of the Y.O.U. crew. He established several residencies over the years and shared the stage with the biggest and greatest names in Drum & Bass. In 2008 he partnered and launched the label 'Urban Chemistry' under the name 'Fusion' and released tracks with DnB greats like Stunna, Submorphics, Command Strange and Mutt just to name a few.

Around this time Impression also started a weekly show on Bassdrive.com called 'Lab Sessions' which has been running deep for almost 17 years. With roots in the culture that span from Florida to all parts of the globe he has truly curated his sound and much like his production, his DJ sets and mixes are sure to deliver deep soulful vibes with funky progression and smooth, intricate blends. A crowd pleaser every time.
