During his time in the Navy, dozer was part of the Rave scene in Washington near Seattle. This is where DJ Dozer fell in love with Drum and bass. When he returned home to California after his service, He was part of a party crew called Save The Rhythm in Southern California. After a few events, clubs, and underground raves, DJ Dozer couldn’t find a drum and bass crew to fit in with. His day job took over his weekends, he had little time for going out. Then came marriage, started a family, then there was no time for doing what he loved. He lost contact with everyone in the industry and after 15 years He finally got a divorce. Now he has regained his time to make beats. Dj Dozer was inspired to once again follow his dream. So now he has to shake off the distractions and do it, instead of making excuses as to why he can’t. With his knowledge of the beats, he plans to create with what he has and have fun while doing so.
