Berlin-bred Black Lotus is an electronic music DJ, record producer and founder of ‘Luminal rec.’ & ‘27’. “Highly effective, driving and direct.” — HARDWAX A signature best heard in her various in-house releases, and recent works on ‘Second State’ or ‘Illegal Alien’. Future output include “Atemporality”, that’s being released on Chilean sci-fi techno label ‘Arido’ — and upcoming collaborations with Jeroen Search, Temudo & more. After remixing high-profile experimental artists Monolake (GER) and Tacit Group (KOR) the focus clearly remains on the experimental side of art. With ‘27’ — the digital complement of her vinyl label ‘LVMINAL’ - she keeps pushing emerging underground artists from all around the world to unleash their potential in a free and rebellious manner: anti-conformity, anti-limits, pure expression. 2022 will mark debuts at ADE, Egg London, Shelter Amsterdam, Razzmatazz Barcelona & Sub Club Glasgow — just to name a few — and returns to clubs considered to be the cornerstones of the scene, like ://about blank Berlin, Gare Porto, Ampere Antwerp and her long-standing DJ residency at KitKat Club Berlin.

I have the great pleasure of introducing Héctor Sandoval aka Tensal aka K.T.S. is also half of prolific techno duo Exium as the new guest DJ for the Warehouse Manifesto mix series. 

He set up the Tensal label in 2014 - a label geared towards a modern and cyclic kind of techno that builds on classic synth lines with a variety of influences.

He has also released tracks on labels such as Arts, Soma, Mental Disorder, Mord, Warm Up Recordings, Pole Recordings, Modularz and Children of Tomorrow.

In 2020, STNDRD launched BAHN· Records, hand by hand with BAHN· collective, where he is an active member since 2019.

We share a mighty 3.5 hours with which he pleased the latest @alteregoclub-mad  night and Newrhythmic Showcase. Special mention also goes to this conceptual organization, which frequently receives renowned artists from the scene. Don't lose sight of AlterEgo if you want to enjoy it!

▸ JOTON:
The Spanish Underground electronic scene would not be the same without Jotón, a respected DJ and producer who has been dignifying his profession and designing unconventional sounds for more than 20 years. From his studio in the city of León, he has managed to create his own style based on the most orthodox Techno which has been imitated by artists from all over the world. He is also the founder of the label Newrhythmic, with which he has supported national and international artists for more than 2 decades.

Joton is a tireless and prolific creator. His work has been published by labels as important as Fabric, Modularz, Quartz, Odd Even, Symbolism, Planet Rhythm, Raw Raw, Dynamic Reflection or Skryptöm. Furthermore, his work has been played by artists such as Ben Klock, Dvs1, Rodhad, Dave Clarke, Ben Sims, Oscar Mulero, Surgeon, Truncate or Go Hiyama.

In 2015 he released his first album ‘Casting Out Nines’, a work that received excellent reviews from the specialized press and conquered Techno lovers. ‘Casting Out Nines’ was undoubtedly one of the best albums of that year and moreover, it was presented in 10 countries in 3 different continents.

2017 saw the release of his second major project, ‘R3silient’, in which Jotón delved into his purest and most analogue side, and thanks to which returned to the roots of Techno. In 2018 he releases two new works, `Antioquia ́ on German label ODD EVEN and `Extreme Mesures ́ on RAW RAW.

Jotón complements his DJ/Producer facet with teaching. His Production Courses are interactive experiences in which the student gets to perfect his technique and shape his sound. His latest album `Hikikomori ́ was born from these courses in 2021. `Hikikomori ́ could be defined as a collaborative work with students and friends that narrates the experience of isolation produced by the pandemic.

Jotón has been a protagonist in the booths of some of the best clubs in the world. Temples such as Under club (Buenos Aires), Tresor (Berlin), Vault Sessions (Amsterdam), Rex club and Le Batofar (Paris), Corsica Studios (London), Grelle Forelle (Vienna), Propaganda (Moscow), Domunne (Tokyo), Vurt (Seoul), Liquid Club (Malta), Gare (Porto), Razzmatazz and Moog (Barcelona), Stardust and Fabrik (Madrid) , Tunnel (Pareira) and many more.
