This Canadian artist has been steadily building momentum over the last few years, putting out indie-pop songs that start softly and then spill over with a passionate plea to be seen, loved, recognized. On her long-awaited full-length album, "fine." (2026), every track radiates warmth, from the sound of Julie exhaling during the opening bars to the ghostly music of an old piano and the crackling fire that adds even more smoke to her voice. Neff serves up nods to various genres, floating between rock, country and blues, helping each track meet the emotion where it’s at. In support of her previous EPs, Catharsis (2018) and Over It (2021), Julie has performed around the world, connecting with fans in Brazil, Canada, the U.S., Mexico and Ireland.
