Om Unit steps up with yet another self-released adventure into uptempo sonics. This time slowing the pace slightly, exploring the 150+ realm, taking in influences from Broken Beat, Garage, Electro, Dub Techno and other signature ingredients.

This 6 track EP is the next chapter in a lengthy career-spanning narrative of exploring cross-pollinated grooves and picks up from the much celebrated 'Submerged' and 'Violet' EP's, both of a similar ilk and quite sought after by vinyl collectors to date.

- Its been more than a year now since our last compilation dropped. Meanwhile We all went through some crazy times. some of us were affected more and some less.
In colombia the people are affected hardly. Not only by covid. Even more by the violence and corruption of their government.
In early 2021 Demonstrators were speaking out about structural inequality, poverty, land reform, police violence, health care, and lack of education and opportunity
a lot of these problems have existed in Colombia for years, but they deepened dramatically during the pandemic.
Police responded by repeatedly and arbitrarily dispersing peaceful demonstrations and using excessive, often brutal, force, including live ammunition.
Multiple killings by police, as well as beatings, sexual abuse, and arbitrary detention of demonstrators and bystanders are documented.
Most of these things are still an actual problem.
In order to support the fight agianst the violence by the colombian government we made this compilation.

Gantz is at his murderous best on the remix of 'Yo Yo...', shrouding it in a cloud of darkness and completely stripping away the playful mood of the original. Instead, he opts for a creeper using sketchy sounds and bleeps you'd expect to hear in close proximity to a deathbed.

Greazus Loves You! Don't you forget! The Canadian duo 'Greazus' based in Vancouver are the first to fly their flag for Diffrent Music. They've recently dropped bombs with Critical Music & Hospital Records and in the meantime have been cooking up some heaters for us! 

'Ride The Lightning' first dropped into the zoo back in May last year, it instantly got aired on the GiraffeCast, and very soon afterward was acquired by the label along with plans for a release in the pending future. Fast forward a year and they've managed to rack up a load of dubplates that have been consistently great quality, varied in style and all individually awesome! 

This is the duo's first EP release, and comes packed with four bass driven tracks that are built both for the dance and for your listening pleasure! They've managed to smuggle Sinistarr (USA) onto the record with collaboration 'Skankface' and have come up with two bonus remixes from the likes of Crypticz, and Taal Mala! 

The guys have gained a lot of high profile support in the last twelve months and we all hope that you enjoy this EP and it goes down as a future classic to all the bass heads out there!

After the hugely succesful ENV outing from Ekula we agreed it was time to focus more on the man and ensure a slew of releases in quicker than usual succession.  With that in mind we wanted to pull together a top draw release for the digital fan base.

ENC054D is that release. Showing the versatility of the man, this release hits left right and straight down the middle. All angles are guaranteed HITS. Seeing plays by many a mainstream radio station as well as a host of underground platforms.

1. Speech - Not going to say much here!  Lets the music do the talking
2. Meadows - My 2nd Favourite on the list and thats nearly impossible to say as I think I like the whole release the same... But this was the first track we penned for the release.
3. Dancehall Filla [ft Natty Campbell] - This is possibly the best track I have heard in some time and I get sent ALOT of music!
4. Dance Again - I want to thats for sure!
