Introducing Santiago's Sala, the new section owned by our Romero Salsa, which from the Philippines he will invite monthly bastions from his land. This program is born to give voice to the music beyond our borders and of course curated by a good specialist behind the decks. It will be a pleasure to meet the Asian talent.

Through digging his parents‘ 80‘s and 90's Tapes in his childhood, Tension got influenced with the diversity of electronic dance music soon. Those inspirationsare defining his musical career, but contributing to his eclecticism in sound. Relevantly embossed by labels like Basic Channel, Ostgut Ton or Perlon, he situates his sound between the poles of (Dub-)Techno, Electronica and Broken Beats. Beside recent releases on labels like Illegal Alien, ANAØA or R&S, he runs his own imprint called aspectratio.

Metapattern follows up his contribution to the Charged Particles Volume 2 compilation with his debut EP on Southern Lights, Undulations. The release features searing, bass-heavy cuts such as the title track Undulations and Confluence, whilst Assembly takes you back to the early hours of long-abandoned warehouse parties before closing with the ambient techno and drone textures of Quantum Behaviour.
