Cultivated Electronics’ limited vinyl offshoot, CE Ltd is coming with a V/A EP entitled ‘Onderwereld’ which takes its name from a former atomic bunker based in The Hague that housed music studios, offices and the Intergalactic FM station, Onderwereld Radio. 

The building had to be vacated last year, but the amalgamation of some of those artists and their creative resources lives on. Together, they encapsulate the new underground sound of The Hague. 

Keeping the Onderwereld collaborative ethos alive, 543ff joins forces with Star-kid(Bunker Records) and Gamma Intel (Brokntoys / Pinkman) for ‘Three City Firm’. Their original version is dark and bristling, while 543ff’s remix takes the track on a galactic ride.

The MinimalRome "Urbi et Orbi" franchise debuts in 2006, juxtaposing Rome-based producers to others around the globe ("urbi et orbi" can be translated as "to the city and to the world") featuring -- in time, amongst others -- Legowelt, Rude 66, Mick Wills, Andrea Benedetti, Ra-X, Polysick, The Exaltics. This fourth chapter delivers a vinyl EP compilation with monster electro tracks by Teslasonic, Plant43, Cosmic Force and Microthol, plus a couple of synthorama joints by Heinrich Dressel and Sonobe.

Boris is a DJ & producer from Greece, now based in Paris. An artist truly devoted to the original underground techno sound and culture, mostly influenced by early electro, synth wave, industrial, broken rhythms, FM synths and cinematic lo-fi distorted and absurd soundscapes. After spending many years in the UK and Serbia he got involved with collecting records, making tracks, exploring sounds from various sources and field recordings, strongly bonded with a unique vision and character regarding true expression through music in a greater spectrum.
