We are pleased to present you the old archives from Francesco Baudazzi (Violet Poison). Music he did between 2013 and 2014, influenced by his previous releases like “Non Sequitur” (Haunted Air) and “Awakening Messiah” (Bed Of Nails). Four experimental tracks with dark and strong rythm, Raw and early proto-techno with a cyberpunk attitude. From the droney psichedelia of “Psychic Totem” to the cyberpunk proto-body-music of “Disarticolazione Cranica”, from the obsessive monotonia of “LSD Take One” to the ultradark Techno of “Ultrakinesis”. Enjoy this Industrial/Proto-Techno journey.”

"Recorded live in summer 2019 in the Berlin studio of Chris Jarman (aka Kamikaze Space Programme / Raiden) on a Soundcraft Spirit 'Studio' 24-8-6 mixing console, “Época Dub'd” is a slowed down, dubbed out and edited mixtape of tracks from Lakker's 2019 R&S album “Época” and their extensive back catalogue. The tracks have been rearranged and reconstructed, processed through classic delays and FX and stretched into new forms far from the original versions.

Inspired by dub mixing techniques, granular processes of stretching sound and DJ Screw's “chopped and screwed” mix concept, “Época Dub'd” is a continuous mixtape in two parts spread over two sides of a limited hand numbered cassette, a journey exploring the arts of live remixing and sound design."

Assembled from a variety of textures, tones and spaces, akin to a collage of different materials, yet whole and organized as if originating from a unified point – "stasis" is a collection of 12 contributions from 9 artists flowing inside a single cassette tape. Glimpses of the currently motionless world are revealed throughout the works, a frozen moment unraveling the detail in composition and subtlety in improvisation within each piece of sonic poetry. Suspended in time, each detail and form is captured superlatively real, movements are petrified and musical notes echo across infinity.

Le Serbe @alavux porte la bonne parole électronique en Europe de l’Est avec son crew E75 (@e75records) depuis une vingtaine d’années. Producteur acharné et prolifique, il est amoureux des synthés et des effets hardware, qu’ils soient modernes ou vintage. 

Si on l’associe souvent à l’electro, Alavux refuse d’être un énième clone de Kraftwerk ou Drexciya et entend bien renouveler le genre. C’est notamment le mélange avec la techno qui lui plaît, et il compte bien abolir les frontières entre les deux genres. 

Alavux nous a fait une sélection de bonnes tracks, entre electro et techno comme on s’y attendait. Ca s’écoute à balle et ça donne envie de faire la fête.
