"Concerti per auditorium" si configura come un’indagine attorno al Paesaggio sonoro attraverso la forma del concerto. Quattro concerti site-specific, pensati cioè appositamente per un luogo, l’Auditorium Cesare De Michelis. Verranno coinvolti Alessandro Ragazzo, Nicola Quiriconi, Francesco Piva ed Enrico Coniglio, artisti che lavorano con il suono, le cui ricerche indagano la dimensione dell’ascolto e tutte quelle implicazioni ad esso collegate a da esso apportate alla nostra quotidianità.
Il suono inteso come elemento catalizzatore di un incontro: quello tra l’essere umano e lo spazio architettonico nella dimensione collettiva dell’evento.
Pensati per uno spazio appositamente designato per l’ascolto di qualità, questi concerti creano un ponte con la mostra "Draw Love Build. L’architettura di Sauerbruch Hutton" allestita al terzo piano del museo. I "Concerti" si relazioneranno direttamente con la programmazione espositiva del museo, rappresentando al contempo un tributo ai progettisti del Polo M9, dell’auditorium e dello studio Temporaneo presente nel Chiostro.

SY/IN (https://soundcloud.com/alexortiga) is one of the projects by Alex Ortiga, Italian music producer and visual artist. The project's aesthetic focuses on the creation of worlds where digital and physical are intertwined and thus hard to recognise. Every SY/IN's record tries to create one of those different worlds and faces different themes, spacing from the relationship between man and data, economy, cryptocurrencies, psychological implications we are facing living in a world that changes quickly. SY/IN's sound is an abyss of light and darkness obtained through the mixture of traditional elements coming from both western and eastern classical music. Samples and drones are reworked and dismantled through granular and spectral synthesis to create ominous and distant soundscapes, capable of communicating the intimacy of the individual at the same time.

"What was a crucial sound experience in your life?"
I think my approach to music drastically changed when I was watching "Confessions" by Tetsuya Nakashima in 2010.
During one of the scenes at the end of the film the soundtrack is "Farewell" by Boris, when the wall of sound came out of the speakers and the screen I was astonished. It was the first time I heard something so powerful, loud but emotionally heartbreaking at the same time. I think my approach to what I felt music should convey was totally reconsidered from that point on, and I also think that my music compositions reflect these feelings.

@Sploofi is a New York based DJ and co-founder of the Sploof Gaarden and Floor It parties, where she is the resident closing DJ. While rarely dipping below 150bpm, her fast paced style turns dance floors into a high energy techno gym. Heavily inspired by various sub genres of hard techno, she hammers between thumping kicks, trance-y baselines, and old school gabber melodies. Her style invites all stompers and ravers to dance at full throttle. In 2021, her party Floor It became a resident at the Brooklyn club Elsewhere. She regularly plays shows at The Lot Radio, Jupiter Disco, and Mood Ring in New York.

This is the full-length recording of the SYNC. live performance at Bassiani in Tbilisi on September 16 2022.

In January 2018 Peter Van Hoesen and Atom™ performed a one-off hybrid live show at Unit Tokyo for Mindgames. Performing on stage together for the first time, they jammed for eight hours straight. Needless to say that the deep connection between both artists became immediately apparent. The idea was born to further develop this live collaboration with a number of select shows at favorite venues. In 2019 SYNC. played several 4 to 6 hours sets at The Pickle Factory (London), Concrete (Paris), Berghain (Berlin) and Technoon (Brussels). In 2022 both musicians returned with an updated set presented at Basilar (Portugal), Nitza (Barcelona) and Bassiani (Tbilisi).

Collaboration and improvisation form the basis for this showcase of contemporary techno. SYNC. is a hybrid sonic rollercoaster in the truest sense of the word. Intricate live programming and improvisation are combined with timed DJ interventions.

Lilith’21 is a lunatic androgyne being who creates audio-puncture sessions to liberate emotions and proclaim the universal love. A trip through sound to find the non-verbal state of mind. Combining noises, samples, field recordings and voices, it creates a direct channel to get in contact with the outer space.

Transmuted sounds of the real. Psico-stimulant matter altering the way of listening, blurring the limit between dream and wakefulness, between freedom and madness, between what is normally accepted and what is freely lived. 
Close the eyes, look inwards. Voices and visions emerge from the other side. We feel the intimacy, you can listen the heart beat, time stops and, little by little, thoughts disappear. Opened doors to a place to which we all belong but which only some of us dare to visit. Now we are  Silence.
