We were really happy when we received this fantastic three tracker from a quality and emerging german duo. Two guy's that joined their forces together to build a unique project : Digipulation [Dubmetrical / Nell Records].
They create an outstanding techno sound filled with funky basslines, groovy beats, melodic elements and they show it hugely with their massive debut Ep on Nell Records : The Pillars of Creation.

It was in the year 93 that the first steps were taken, M. Rodriguez, a passionate about dance music, where musical production has always had a very important role in his career. In the late 90s, he had the opportunity to play alongside big names in national and international dance music, Quickly his work was recognized, and already counts on launches in respected labels like, Big Beat Records, Hardwandler Records, Hotfingers, SELECTECHouse Label, Marktek Records, Codein Music, Kaos, Coraza, Magna, System Records, Revolutions, City Noises, 76 Recordings, We Love Techno, Betrieb Records, among others.
Their tracks have regularly reached the Tops of the main electronic music stores, And played by the world's top dance scene names.

In 2017 decided to open its own label MARKTEK RECORDS, which already has 17 tracks in the first place and always with continuous presence in the Tops of the main music stores.
At the moment more dedicated to the production, but without never leaving the cabin forgotten and always taking the Party people to the heading With its cheerful and strong rhythm that characterizes it.

The Digis became fascinated with electronical music – especially techno – at a young age and soon started djing . After many hypnotic nights in the famous Aufschwung Ost (Stammheim) their first DJ appearance was in 1999. During this time they played in some smaller clubs and private parties in the northwestern of Germany and soon a residency in the Planet-Club followed.
At that time their sound was inspired by some of the big names in the techno scenes who were known for playing hard, but groovy techno: Jeff Mills, Dave Clarke, Carl Cox or Ben Sims are only few names. But after some years “only” djing wasn’t enough! Now the Digis followed their own ideas of techno and started to create first songs and gain knowledge while experimenting with new sounds. Also the first first hardware equipment were bought during this time. The beginning of the new millenium marked a new chapter for the Digipulation Project, as they sinced focused their energy and creativity on their own productions. To improve their production skills both musicians started to work in a recording studio. After many studionights they felt it was time to take a step further. Several Live-Acts have been played and the first Live CD was recorded. Some years of learning later and after many productions, the first EP was released 2009 on SMD Records.

Playing live, the Digis creates a unique techno sound filled with funky basslines, groovy beats and modern melodic elements. While Djing the both musicians play all sorts of techno, techhouse or minimal. Whatever it takes to make the crowd move. The Digipulation Project represents the wish to connect some old music influences to a new level, from techno to minimal-house, acid and techhouse everything is possible.
