The fiesta was really started. It kept up day and night for seven days. The dancing kept up, the
drinking kept up, the noise went on. The things that happened could only have happened during 
a fiesta. Everything became quite unreal finally and it seemed as though nothing could have any 
consequences. It seemed out of place to think of consequences during the fiesta. All during the 
fiesta you had the feeling, even when it was quiet, that you had to shout any remark to make it 
heard. It was the same feeling about any action. It was a fiesta and it went on for seven days. 
That afternoon was the big religious procession. San Fermin was translated from one church to 
another. In the procession were all the dignitaries, civil and religious. We could not see them 
because the crowd was too great. Ahead of the formal procession and behind it danced the 
riau riau dancers. There was one mass of yellow shirts dancing up and down in the crowd. All 
we could see of the procession through the closely pressed people that crowded all the side 
streets and curbs were the great giants, cigar-store Indians, thirty feet high, Moors, a King and 
Queen, whirling and waltzing solemnly to the riau-riau.

Rawting's forthcoming debut EP 'On One'.

A three-track EP, exploring Rawting's signature style of bouncy, tom-heavy, percussive-led techno and deep, heavy-hitting breaks accented with chopped vocals.

Kicking the EP off is the title track, 'On One'. As the name suggests, it delivers the vibe of being on a mad one... A deep, driving, breakbeat stomper with some baddie vocals to match.

Re-Up is a bit of a homage to Rawting's hometown, London. After relocating to Naarm/Melbourne, he wanted to sonically capture a memory of nights had in London's most iconic parties and clubs. A bouncy techno track with some signature breaks snuck in, keeping in line with the EP. This track features a London Mix, along with a little easter-egg for those with keen eyes/ears/minds ;)

Rounding out the EP is Tagteam, another heavy-hitting breaks track intended for peak-time-play when you really want to heat things up. With this tune, he aimed to pay a subtle nod to his adolescence spent in DnB raves, incorporating wobbly basses and foghorns commonly found in rollers, but translated into a techno/breaks sphere.

With a key focus on breaks and low-end club-ready dancefloor weapons, this EP cements Rawting's production style and delivers a taste of his growing capabilities as an emerging producer.

Digital Base aka Andy Vibes, Sevillian DJ producer with a career spanning more than 30 years, being one of the oldest DJ producers in the Breakbeat scene who is still active. He was one of those responsible for the legendary iBreaks label and co-founder of the promoter and label Ibreaks España, being a reference for the Hardcore Breaks sound in the late 90s and a pioneer of the Techfunks & Electro House Breaks sound in the early 2000s. His creations have evolved over time, currently giving rise to a substyle that some call “Liquid Breaks”, without forgetting the Old skool of yesteryear. Labels aside, from his Old Skool Records label he usually releases extraordinary compositions with a high emotional charge, musicality and impeccable rhythms, which give a timeless character to everything that comes out of his studio.
