A key figure in London’s underground scene, Oliver’s sonic interests lay in a non-purist approach with story telling always on the agenda. Oliver is co-founder of the ‘Meanwhile’ collective and half of Sob Story (with Vilhelm), whose recent release on Jennifer Cardini’s Correspondant has been making waves.

Oliver’s sets have lit up London parties like
UNFOLD, Club Are, Tech Couture and more. This mix showcases his impeccable technical prowess and deep musical knowledge—the perfect soundtrack as the sun begins to thaw the chill.

PSL hails from Barcelona and is now based in Berlin, where he’s quickly become one of the most exciting and sought-after DJs and producers on the scene. Known for igniting dance floors across Europe and North America, PSL's rise is marked by their ability to seamlessly blend genres and create unforgettable musical journeys.

His sound is a bold mix of sexy, bouncy basslines, powerful kicks, and groovy percussion, weaving through techno, breaks, dancefloor anthems and a splash of Latin rhythms.
With an ear for rhythm and a heart for connection, PSL knows how to heat up the dance floor and make every moment unforgettable.

SMUT Press is delighted to welcome Michelle Manetti as the 42nd mix on the SMUT mix series!

Mother of Fèmmme Fraîche and all things queer, Michelle dedicates her time to fostering FLINTA focused minorities in the queer scene, whilst creating safer, diverse and intentional spaces in night life and beyond. As well as being a promoter (Manetti recently launched FAE two weeks ago - a Sunday day party for queers featuring an all star lineup including BASHKKA and Angel D'lite)  Michelle is also a well respected DJ and producer in her own right, a stalwart of the East London scene With over 20 years of DJ-ing under her belt, it's safe to say she's no novice to the decks, with the passion, skill, panache and record collection of a well-established and well-refined DJ.

This is a really special mix and we are so honoured to have Michelle on the series. From bouncy percussives to peak-time floor-shakers, buckle up because this hour-long mix is a full-throttle ride!

Kyle Bower is a Canadian DJ based in London, UK. The founder of BULLSEYE reaches nearly every corner of dance music with the refinement of minimal, while emphasizing storytelling. Bringing an energetic yet tight mixing style, he’s brought sets of tension, release, and euphoria to Corsica Studios, The Cause, and beyond in Canada and the UAE. 

For this mix, he's unified the old and the new while aiming to make a mix as timeless as SMUT has become. It's a love letter to house music, its roots, and to the people he's met on and off the dancefloor. Progressive house, minimal techno, and hip-knocking attitude.

Always keeping the crowd on their toes as to what's coming next, PSL never fails to ignite and bring the heat to whatever dancefloor he's in charge of.

PSL - DJ HANDBAG INVITES

Rawting's forthcoming debut EP 'On One'.

A three-track EP, exploring Rawting's signature style of bouncy, tom-heavy, percussive-led techno and deep, heavy-hitting breaks accented with chopped vocals.

Kicking the EP off is the title track, 'On One'. As the name suggests, it delivers the vibe of being on a mad one... A deep, driving, breakbeat stomper with some baddie vocals to match.

Re-Up is a bit of a homage to Rawting's hometown, London. After relocating to Naarm/Melbourne, he wanted to sonically capture a memory of nights had in London's most iconic parties and clubs. A bouncy techno track with some signature breaks snuck in, keeping in line with the EP. This track features a London Mix, along with a little easter-egg for those with keen eyes/ears/minds ;)

Rounding out the EP is Tagteam, another heavy-hitting breaks track intended for peak-time-play when you really want to heat things up. With this tune, he aimed to pay a subtle nod to his adolescence spent in DnB raves, incorporating wobbly basses and foghorns commonly found in rollers, but translated into a techno/breaks sphere.

With a key focus on breaks and low-end club-ready dancefloor weapons, this EP cements Rawting's production style and delivers a taste of his growing capabilities as an emerging producer.
